The eagerly expected new Ubisoft game takes place in Chicago where a central network of computers connects everyone and everything. You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past has led to a violent family tragedy.

How to disapear from the networks with our own smartphone and act like Aiden Pearce using high tech encryption tricks ?

We developed a cutting edge iOS and Android native applications which give the user the ability to disappear from the networks. Every Watch_Dogs fan can live like his/her hero by sending encrypted pictures, text and audio messages.

The application is a success and millions of encoded messages have been sent from all around the world. Thanks to a partnership with the Montreal Ubisoft studio, the collector game edition owners can as well see their favorite game character in 3D with augmented reality.

Outcomes

H_IDE has been a huge success. More than 2.5 million messages exchanged in more than 10 countries. H_IDE has been a huge success from the beginning to the end with more than 160 000 daily users. Even in the last month of activity, there has been more than 14 000 messages sent through the application. More than 85 000 games have been pre ordered with the application. Best for the end, all of this has been made without any media budget.
